Sound off on Ebook ToCs!

kindle-242590_640

As usual after I logged off last night, I picked up my Kindle to read. Started reading a new book when I realized something. Each time I opened a new ebook to read, It starts at the beginning of the story, bypassing the ToC, Copyright, Dedication and other front matter. So this made me think:

How important is a ToC in the beginning of an ebook?

Do you actually use the ToC or would it be better to have it at the end?

Or just have it Include Copyright, Dedication, About the Author, Other Books, etc?

I can see needing a ToC for Non Fiction books, Collection of short stories, omnibuses or Anthologies.
