Abandoned but not Forgotten
Within a windowless room deep inside the shell of a home; a place once filled with laughter, joy, sorrow, and anger, a shadow stirs. Floating from room to room, it lingers in some, others it quickly passes, the memories too horrible to contemplate. One room that brought the most joy also produced the greatest sorrow. Faint reddish stains are visible through the dust covering the floor, words of anger yet echo. The screams of horror and pain; then deathly silence. The shadow cannot forget, nor does it want to. Here love once blossomed and here it died in a drunken rage.
